FRANKFURT AIRPORT

Shopping Boulevard and Shopping Avenue be presented as new names of the renovated areas in Hall B, Terminal 1 in the Frankfurt Airport.

Luxwelt cooperated with the swiss architectural office ZED to create a new ambience. The lighting concept adapts to the daylight-rhythm of passengers and the daylight-situation of the hall.
A new control system with color-temperature regulation was developed for the implementation. This system considers daytimes and seasons to save energy with suitable lighting scenes.
